Sensitive Souls can be especially at risk of Psychic Attacks, which are the process of an individual (consciously and unconsciously) sending you an intention to inflict damage or harm on to you. This damage can be in the form of mental, emotional, physical or spiritual harm. It is transmitted through the energy of negative thoughts and intentions towards you.

How to heal the damage inflicted by Psychic Attacks

- Learn how to identify an attack through the atypical events when you sense them happening.
- Call on your spirit guides (see Spirit Guides page on this site) to protect you and shield you from any harm.
- Do not reciprocate bad energy towards the attacker. Realize they are weaker than you. When they come into your mind, repeat silently to yourself "I forgive you". Use imagery to cloak them in healing white light that extends from their head to their toes.
